- ?Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence - FYI? was originally titled ?FYI,? but due to copyright clearance issues, they were asked to place the ?Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence? portion into the title.
- The initial instrumental demo that Utada chose for ?Come Back To Me? was a much more uptempo track. She sent the song back to Stargate with her vocals and other sounds added, and when it came back they had changed the track into a piano driven ballad. Utada said she enjoyed that sort of collaborative back-and-forth.
