It's way too early to know the Chart performance of "This is the One" in the U.S.

The Billboard Charts only calculate at the end of the week, so It won't be till Sunday that we'll know. However, since her album was only released digitally, she may not chart on the Billboard 200, but instead Chart on the Billboard digital album chart.

This Sunday, we'll also find out if "CBTM" jumps on the charts, or even debuts on any of the other major charts.

Well, English language albums do not sell in Japan...
Exodus did well only because it was her first try.

I have a friend who is an Utada fan(I'm only an occational fan),
but she wasn't interested in Exodus because she doesn't understand English at all.

Japanese fans seem to make a clear distinction between an EMI Japan artist
宇多田ヒカル and an Island Def Jam artist Utada.

Normally, if a foreign artist sell more than 100,000 copies of an album,
it's considered to be a big success. Considering that, TITO is doing
really well IMO. I really don't understand people who are saying
things like TITO isn't doing well in Japan 'cos it is doing well.

Yes, this is really true. Japan seems to think Utada and Utada Hikaru are two completely and seperate artists. Oricon's website reflects this. "TITO" did very well it's first week, especially for a non-Japanese album. I'm sure it will stay on the charts in the weeks to come.
As for Exodus, this album sold millions in Japan because Utada hadn't released any album in 2 years, and the last single before this album was "Colors" -- So, people were in need of her music. In addition, Exodus had more experimental and electronic genres, "TITO" is more R&B, and R&B music has never gained mass popularity in Japan.
