Single Version vs. Album Version

I found out that some of her singles are slightly different in the album version.
1. Wait And See ~Risk~, there's Hikki's giggling at the end of the song in the single version, but in the album version you can't hear that.
2. Hikari. At the beginning of the album version, we can clearly hear Hikki's breath before the song starts in the album version, but that's not in the single version

Is there any difference you found out except these two?

For Hikari, I like the album version more, even she just added her breath in the beginning.
I also heard about "Automatic -Album Edit.-". What's the difference between it and the single version? It has different length.

I didn't know these before... the difference...

but does that mean that she recorded the songs differently? I mean for the Single and Album version, she recorded both time individually...

I had always thought they used the same recordings for the Single and Album version...
